The main focus of programs from Personality Dynamics is on the interactions we experience every day. The emphasis is on the strengths of each person, how they can be of greater value, and how to interact successfully with others. This is especially useful for Customer Service environments and for Teams in Transition - downsized, reorganized, acquired, merged, etc.
Information can also be made available on materials and programs that can be used to help individuals, families, organizations and businesses to build better relationships and teams, as well as many other topics.
John Armstrong: The Man Behind the Mission
John Armstrong is President and Senior Consulting Specialist for Personality Dynamics of Hatfield, PA.
John has been a consultant to businesses of all sizes and shapes for more than 25 years, including companies such as AT&T, EDS, Computer Sciences, Cinergy Corp, Bank of NY, the state governments of Connecticut and Ohio, the U.S. Marine Corps and many others. He has also worked closely with individuals, couples and small groups on interaction dynamics.
The last 15 years have been focused on Personal and Professional Development Programs, People and Leadership Skills, and Personality Awareness in all types of organizations and at all levels. John and his wife Chris have engaged in various on-site studies and coursework to achieve certification as Specialists in Human Behavior Consulting from the Personality Insights Institute of Atlanta, GA. His company, Personality Dynamics, is currently working on programs with Human Resources, Team Building and Leadership companies, plus several Chambers of Commerce as well as Business, Civic, Youth and spiritual Groups.
Chris Armstrong: Knowledge and Compassion
Chris Armstrong is Executive Vice President and a Behavior Specialist for Personality Dynamics of Hatfield, PA.
Chris began her people-oriented career as a Registered Nurse and has maintained her Board Certification for more than thirty (30) years. In addition, she has been an advisor and consultant to independent businesses and organizations since 1990. During that time, she has been focused on Personal and Professional Development Programs, People and Leadership Skills, and Personality Awareness in all types of organizations. Chris has recently completed on-site studies and coursework to achieve certification as a Specialist in Human Behavior Consulting from the Insights Institute of Atlanta, GA.
